found GFI outlet on the north wall that the UPS is plugged in to tripped. I reset it and it tripped again, and then I unplugged the AC from the UPS, reset the outlet, and then waited a minute before plugging the AC back in to the UPS, and then the outlet DIDN'T trip. I switched the UPS settings to delay turning the AC's outlet on for 15 seconds after power is restored, while the outlet for the WebPowerSwitch is set to no delay- this should help prevent the GFI tripping from too much amperage load in the event of a future power outage. i also just increased the attenuation from 6dB to 8dB- at 6 we were transmitting 80w, which could have also contributed to the GFI circuit popping under load, and at 8dB we are now transmitting a more reasonable 45w.
